Recipe help needed

I have fairly large quantities of (opened) mayonnaise, miracle whip, mustard (yellow and honey dijon) and salad dressing (many varieties) in my fridge leftover from a family event. As these are not items I typically use in large quantities, I'm looking for some recipes or creative ideas for how to use them. I'd rather not let them go to waste and I need them to start moving out of my fridge, as it's getting a little too full! Thanks!

I use salad dressings (usually the Italian and vinaigrettes) as marinades. You can also use mayonnaise on chicken to make it really moist and tender.
It sounds to me like you've got all the fixin's for some homemade potato or egg salad, btw. :)

Mayonnaise can also be used as hair conditioner.

I'll post again if I think of anything else. :)

there are some cake recipes that use mayonnaise to keep the cake moist. Just google "mayonnaise cake recipe" and a whole bunch will come up!

I second the marinade thing for dressings, but honestly, I don't do that much myself. I had about 15 bottles of opened dressing in the fridge when the fridge stopped working. Most of those just got dumped because we just don't have much use for dressing.

You can use it to make shampoo, remove an old bumper sticker from your car or a price tag sticker from the glass on a picture frame. You can use it to brighten and clean your piano keys (the white ones brighten and the black ones get shiny), clean the leaves on your plants, give yourself a facial, etc. Reader's Digest has a web page with some ideas and directions. http://www.rd.com/advice-and-know-how/extraordinary-uses-for-mayonnaise/article23892.html

An aside: THANK YOU for visiting my blog. You have the gift of encouragement! Hugs, B
