Leaving MSU and trying to write up down here was VERY hard for me (which is why it took so long--working full-time didn't help either). It definitely would have gone faster if I'd been able to get to campus at least periodically, but I didn't go back until I defended. It will be over eventually, and you can do. Try to set aside one hour every day to work on it.
